  • How does Sun Ray ship my order?

    We ship all orders from Melbourne, Australia using Australia Post. Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email followed by a tracking number as soon as it's on its way. If anything goes sideways with your delivery, get in touch and we'll sort it out.

  • Do I have to pay duties or import taxes on my US order?

    Nope, we've got that covered. All orders to the United States are sent on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, which means we take care of any import duties and taxes upfront. The price you pay at checkout is the price you pay. No surprises.
