Refunds and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase, as long as the item is in new unworn condition with the tags still attached.

To request a return or exchange, please email us as hello@sunrayallday.com and include your order number and name in the email.

We reserve the right to adjust returns if original items are not received in new condition.

Shipping

We use registered Australia Post delivery and provide tracking links.

Standard orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of order confirmation. Please email us at hello@sunrayallday.com if you require faster dispatch.

All US orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). That means we cover all import duties and taxes on your behalf, you won't be charged anything extra when your order arrives. What you pay is what you pay.
