Refunds and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase, as long as the item is in new unworn condition with the tags still attached.

To request a return or exchange, please email us as hello@sunrayallday.com and include your order number and name in the email.

We reserve the right to adjust returns if original items are not received in new condition.

Shipping

We use registered Australia Post delivery.

Standard orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of order confirmation. Please email us at hello@sunrayallday.com if you require faster dispatch.
