Love your short sleeves but not the sunburn? The ‘Shady Sleeves’ UV Arm Sleeves give you long-sleeve sun protection whenever you need it, without changing your top.

Slip them on. Pull them up over your tee, polo or jersey for UPF50+ cover from bicep to wrist.

Thumbs in. Hook your thumb through the thumbhole to cover the back of your hand, one of the most sun-exposed spots on the steering wheel, handlebars or golf club. It also stops the sleeve riding up.

Set and forget. A soft gripper band at the bicep holds each sleeve in place through every swing, cast and climb, without squeezing.

Stay cool. Our tech cooling fabric is lightweight, breathable and moisture-wicking, so it feels cool against your skin even when the mercury climbs.

Made for golf, cycling, fishing, tennis, gardening and long drives with the window down. The navy and sage contrast panels and our ‘shade’ logo printed down one sleeve finish them off.

Unisex stretch fit, sold as a pair. Covers bicep to wrist, with a thumbhole for back-of-hand coverage.

Fabric & care

Fabric: Sun Ray tech cooling fabric, [90% polyester, 10% spandex]. Lightweight, stretchy and moisture-wicking. Certified UPF50+ by ARPANSA.

Care: Wash cold (30°C) with similar colours and line dry in the shade. Don’t tumble dry, iron or use fabric softener.

ARPANSA measures how much ultraviolet radiation penetrates the fabric. Only materials proven to block at least 98% of UV rays earn a UPF50+ rating.

FAQs

Will they make my arms hot?
No. Our tech cooling fabric is lightweight and wicks sweat away, so most people find their arms feel cooler with the sleeves on than with bare skin in the sun.

Will they slip down?
No. A soft gripper band at the bicep and the thumbhole at the wrist hold them in place, top and bottom, through golf swings, paddling and long rides.

Do I have to use the thumbhole?
No. It’s there for extra cover on the back of your hand and to keep the sleeve in place, but they’re comfortable worn without it too.

Are they sold as a pair?
Yes, you get two sleeves. Our ‘shade’ logo is printed down one sleeve only, so the pair isn’t identical.

Which size should I get?
Measure around the widest part of your upper arm and check the size & fit guide. If you’re a medium, choose S/M for a snug fit or M/L for a more relaxed one.

What can I wear them for?
Golf, cycling, running, fishing, tennis, gardening and driving. They suit anything where your arms are in the sun and long sleeves feel like too much.

Do I still need sunscreen?
Yes, on your fingers, palms and any skin the sleeves don’t cover. Slip, slop, slap still applies.
