Product Description:
The Stay-Put Flap Cap is made for moving fast in full sun. It’s a featherweight five-panel cap that gives you certified UPF50+ protection, with a detachable neck flap that covers your ears and the back of your neck. That’s the stretch you always forget to sunscreen before a long run or ride.
It’s built not to bounce. A bungee chin cord with a toggle locks it in place on fast descents and in gusty headwinds. The flap has an elasticated back, so it hugs your neck instead of flapping behind you and reflective flecks in the cord. When the sun drops, unclip the flap and you’ve got a clean camp cap for the post-run coffee.

FAQs
Will it bounce around when I run?
No. The bungee chin cord and adjustable back strap lock it in place, and the elasticated flap stays close to your neck.
Can I wear it under a bike helmet?
Yes. The low-profile five-panel crown sits under most helmets, and the flap protects your neck while you ride.
Will I overheat with the flap on?
It’s made from lightweight, quick-drying fabric. If you want more airflow, unclip the flap and run in the cap.
Can I take the flap off?
Yep. It attaches with press studs, so you can go from legionnaire to cap in seconds.
Do I still need sunscreen?
Yes. Use it on your face and any skin your hat doesn’t cover. Slip, slop, slap still applies.

ARPANSA measures how much ultraviolet radiation penetrates the fabric. Only materials proven to block at least 98% of UV rays earn a UPF50+ rating.

Love this cap, I've worn it every day since I got it. Fits my larger-than-average woman head perfectly and doesn't flatten out my curls. The Bark colour is the perfect shade of greyish brown that seems to go with everything in my wardrobe. Gonna buy the pink one for my husband.

I really like the style of this hat, it looks a lot better than other hats like this on the market. It fits great and I didn't have any issues with it. It is a little sweaty compared to other hats I have, I wish there was an air vent hole or something, but overall I really like this hat and am excited to see more products from sun ray.
