The Breezy Brimmer Hat is built to keep you cool and covered when the Aussie sun is at its fiercest. With certified UPF50+ protection, durable camo ripstop fabric and a 360° vent with mesh lining, it’s designed for serious airflow and all-day comfort.
The wide 8cm brim provides shade for your face and head, while the adjustable toggle fit and detachable chin strap keep it secure through wind, water and weekend adventures. Lightweight, quick drying and shower resistant, this hat is ready for the campsite, the coast, or just a day in the backyard.

Certified UPF50+ by ARPANSA, Australia’s independent testing authority, this hat blocks out 98% of harmful UV rays, the highest protection rating available.
In comparison, a standard white cotton tee has a UPF rating of around 5, less when wet.

At 60cm head circ, this is a comfortable 'one size fits most' hat, with adjustable drawcord and back toggle.
Care Instructions:
Cold hand wash (30°C) with similar colours and line dry in the shade.

ARPANSA measures how much ultraviolet radiation penetrates the fabric. Only materials proven to block at least 98% of UV rays earn a UPF50+ rating.
UPF50+ is the highest level of protection under Australian standards.
Sun Ray fabrics are rated UPF 50+ in accordance with Australian standard AS4399:2020.

I really like the style of this hat, it looks a lot better than other hats like this on the market. It fits great and I didn't have any issues with it. It is a little sweaty compared to other hats I have, I wish there was an air vent hole or something, but overall I really like this hat and am excited to see more products from sun ray.

Great hat, perfectly shaded all around. It’s always hard to find hats that fit a large head circumference (63cm) so great to find this one works for us!

Love my mullet cap. The material is lightweight and very comfortable. It's obviously great sun protection but I also like wearing it when the flies are bad. It keeps them away from buzzing right in my ear.
The cap is good. But disappointed that it was made in China. Hope you can explore other manufacturers.
