The Mullet Cap is a our take on the classic legionnaire hat, built for serious shade in a lightweight, low-profile design. With certified UPF50+ protection and extended coverage across your face, head and neck, this one’s made to keep you cool and covered under the toughest Aussie sun.

Crafted from quick-drying, lightweight fabric, it’s the hat you’ll reach for on hikes, runs, beach days and long stints outside. A 10cm front brim shields your face, while the 18cm legionnaire flap covers your neck without weighing you down. Elastic with an adjustable strap and clasp ensures a secure fit, while contrast stitching and a reflective Sun Ray logo finish it off with subtle detail.

Certified UPF50+ by ARPANSA, Australia’s independent testing authority, this hat blocks out 98% of harmful UV rays, the highest protection rating available.

In comparison, a standard white cotton tee has a UPF rating of around 5, less when wet.

Sizing information:

At 60cm head circ, this is a comfortable 'one size fits most' hat, with elastic and adjustable drawcord with back fastening.

Care Instructions:

Cold hand wash (30°C) with similar colours and line dry in the shade.
